COUNTERTOPS

whats best for your home?

QUARTZ

Also known as an engineered stone, quartz products are a blend of stone chips, resins and pigments to mimic natural stone products. Quartz is a durable non porous countertop which requires low maintenance and is able to take a lot of abuse in high use areas. It is not recommended to contact quartz directly with a hot pan as the quartz minerals are impervious to heat the resins are not.

GRANIte

Granite countertops offer thousands of unique colors and patterns, proven durability, and lasting value. Granite is a natural stone that can withstand direct heat from hot pans, nearly impossible to scratch. Improper sealing or failure to reseal granite when needed can lead to staining of this porous stone

MArble

Marble varies in the size of the grains and the amount of veining, so stone quarried from different parts of the world have a unique appearance. Each marble countertop will be entirely unique. Marble is softer than granite, which makes it more susceptible to scratches. Requires sealing and can be etched by acid, including citrus juice, alcohol and coffee.
